As professional musicians, we possess acquired skills such as transcribing and creating music. And we offer this service to our valued clients. Arranging music is our forte. We create arrangements for pieces or songs that are not normally available in printed music form.
Because this is a service that requires our time and resources, we do need to apply a fee for such services. The fee covers both the work and copyright of the arranger. Also important to note is that, at all times, the copyright belongs to the arranger, not the client. The arranger reserves all the rights to distribute his/her music, NOT the client. We will charge the client such fees when both parties agree to these terms.
To our fellow music colleagues: If you are interested in having our arrangements, you may purchase parts from us through email. Or if you have music that we don’t have on our list, we’d be delighted to exchange music.
The following are formulas for the cost of musical arrangements and copying:
Arrangements
$15 per instrument (based on a 3-4 minute song)
For Parts-Scores
$30 per hour
Our arrangers use Finale to produce computerized parts and scores.
